TERMS OF SERVICE
When you choose to purchase from Laneway Prints online store you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.
PRICING
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Laneway Prints reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe payment system.  Orders dispatch upon payment being received in full.

SHIPPING
Orders are commenced within 24 hours (business days) of payment.
Framed Prints are shipped in a box with internal packaging to ensure safe arrival.  Unfortunately due to the limitations of glass Framed Prints are available for shipping within Australia only.  Unframed Prints are shipped rolled up and packaged in a strong cardboard tube and can be shipped worldwide.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.  Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Australia Post. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
Please enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your order dispatched we can not alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Orders are shipped using Australia Post Air Mail.  Generally orders will be received within 14 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.

RETURNS
Laneway Prints wants you to be happy with your online purchase.  We ensure all items are listed correctly with dimensions and images for you to clearly view what you are ordering and we ensure each and every item is quality checked before it is sent to you.  We encourage you to double check your order before you checkout.
We do NOT accept returns on custom orders, items purchased during promotional sale periods or for change of mind.
If for some reason an item is not what you expected or arrives damaged, it may be exchanged under the following conditions:
1. You contact Laneway Prints via info@lanewayprints.com.au outlining your issue and receive a return authority.
2. Returns must be received in original condition and original packaging.  We reserve the right to reject your return if this is not complied with.
3. A copy of the email return authority and original receipt is included with the return.
4. Returns must be received within 14 days for Australian customers & 30 days for International customers of the receipt date.
If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it shall be returned to you & you will be liable for the return postage cost.

PRIVACY
Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Laneway Prints.

SECURITY
Laneway Prints does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by Stripe.
